It's one of those kind of things, like wearing a veil, that should be left to the individual to decide if they want... not the parents, uncles, husbands or anyone else.

Or wait till they are old enough to make the choice themselves?

For sure but no one would do it because it's a more serious procedure as you get older.

No it isn't. The procedure is exactly the same, willy has just gotten a little larger. Difference is that the person who has the procedure has actually said: "Yes Doctor, please take off my foreskin." rather than "WAAAAH!" and then pooped in their daipers.

Its actually not the same. But I get your point.

Well, I have a friend who said he had the procedure for medical reasons and it took no time at all and all he had was a numb willy when he left the clinic. Honestly I think the only real difference is that an infant can't say no, or fight back if it wanted to.

Circumcision saves from cancer & venereal diseases. That is why these problems are rarely found in muslims. Also, for this reason only it is performed on boys in early age.

Circumcision isn't an effective prophylactic against cancer / venereal disease. Your second assertion is a fallacy--a dangerously oversimplified argument not supported by empirical evidence. The reason it is imposed on boys is because men would fight back if you tried to cut them

No body is forcing or motivating you to go for circumcision. Those who opt it, it is their personal matter whether they feel pain or lateron joy.

Oh, really? Then how come I was circumcised against my will? It certainly wasn't my choice. Had they asked me, I'd have an intact penis right now. Instead, they imposed it on me. Same thing happens to thousands of boys every single day. #i2

Who forced you ? The way you are crying, it seems that instead of circumcision your private part has been imputed.

I was one day old when I was cut. Circumcision is a euphemism for genital mutilation. Functional, innervated tissue was permanently chopped off from my body against my will, robbing me of a lifetime of sexual pleasure. It's a barbaric human rights violation. Ban it.

Can you tell a single muslim man in whole world who became sexually disabled due to circumcision ? Rather it provides more joy.

There are tons of them on /r/exmuslim: https://www.reddit.com/r/exmuslim/comments/6kc5c6/til_circumcision_messed_up_my_penis/ … where many argue circumcision is actually anathema to Islam: https://www.reddit.com/r/exmuslim/comments/7j7o7e/how_can_muslims_not_see_that_circumcision_is/ … And which the Khur’aan Sunnath Society concurs:http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-national/tp-kerala/circumcision-not-part-of-islamic-faith/article19674470.ece …

I am circumcised. I have no PTSD from the procedure. My penis does not feel or look mutilated. I am very happy my parents made their choice to have me circumcised. I will type out the word again: their choice.

It's a barbaric child-mutilation ritual that doctors see as a "billable line item". Teach boys the basic personal hygiene and the so-called "advantages" disappear.
