Tainted by cow feces contaminating lettuce water. Let’s be clear, here, why this happens. #vegan #meatismurder

So the answer is to just eat the meat?

could it be that folks are NOT thoroughly washing the lettuce?? I always triple wash
-
From what I've read, washing may not be adequate -- if the lettuce pulls contaminated water from the soil as it grows, there's no washing the bacteria away.
-
Bacteria in an organism rots it. Quickly
-
Some "good" bacteria apparently live within plants without causing harm. Others are pathenogenic. But it is certain that washing romaine does not remove all the toxin-forming e coli which is causing sickness, for whatever reason.

A few months ago I was sick as a dog after eating raw fresh strawberries--after washing them, with soap.
-
Wow. That's discouraging.

Eat healthier they said, no use in being skinny if it just kills you

Yet, somehow
#Kratom is being blamed for this, and is being pulled off the market as an herbal supplement... Sounds like kratom, is for sure one of the solutions to the Opioid crisis, and the people@FDA_Drug_Info, know it. Oh well, guess we'll just die from overdoses and salads! -
What's kratom?
-
It comes from the area around Myanmar, and the FDA has been insisting that the kratom was giving everyone e-coli only to discover 4 months later, it was the lettuce. They haven't relented, so now the people in need are being forced to the black market. Which is a deadly market.

Exactly, darling... It's an amazing, wonder plant. It is all that red tape by the FDA, and not to mention pharma. Is taking losses in their hit substitute opiate product
#Suboxone... Which is a nasty hardcore, opioid antagonist that changes your brain...kratom and cannabis.

I would not eat that lettuce at all .
-
Let's not get carried away. Bacteria Isa normal part of everyday life. When ecoli rears its head, good time to back off, but that doesn't mean lettuce is bad
