To topic #1, eliminating elective cosmetic surgery on infants, particularly circumcision, would go a long way to reduce incidence of neonatal trauma. Adequate pain control is contraindicated by infancy so genital cutting is inherently traumatic for the infact. Consent issue aside

We need a national campaign to destigmatize mental health issues and we need to add thousands of beds for in-patient treatment for mental health. Prisons and schools are not for mental health treatment, but that’s all most people have.https://www.npr.org/2017/11/30/567477160/how-the-loss-of-u-s-psychiatric-hospitals-led-to-a-mental-health-crisis …

"Accept Who You Are, Don't Accept Being Unhealthy" It's great for your mental health to accept yourself at your size/shape/fitness level, but always strive for a healthy fitness level and body fat % as well. The two biggest costs to the healthcare system are smoking and obesity.
