This was the jury's way of saying f**k you to the family, and humiliating them for having the audacity to even bring this to court.

- There is something very wrong in this country. Where people don’t see each other as human beings, where justice is dispensed with greater positive odds for whites than other ethnicities and where we seem to be going backwards towards a more atrocious time in our history.

That's just cruelty on the part of the jury. Either the cops are responsible for shooting a man dead through his garage door, and should be financially penalized for it, or they're not. This outcome is a message; "Don't bother suing over police brutality. We don't care."

So why was it important to the story to mention the deceased man had major traffic offenses when it wasn’t relevant to the story? The reporter failed to mention if the White police officers had any sexual affairs, drug abuse. Let’s try non biased journalism, Matt Stevens.

Common sense is dead in this country. “Regardless, the garage door was eventually closed, and Deputy Newman fired four times through it, striking Mr. Hill once in the head and twice in the abdomen. The entire episode took less than two minutes.”

What properly trained policeman shoots through a downed garage door? But the victim is negligent cause he was intoxicated in his own home? I’d love to see that jury

I believe this will be thrown out as an inconsistent and hopelessly irreconcilable verdict. New trial.

1. I’m interested in know if the gun was found in his back pocket then why according to Mascara said in statements following the incident that as the garage door opened, the deputies saw Hill with a handgun down at his side.
-
The deputies SAID they saw a gun in his hand. All of the witnesses said he had no gun in his hand. Every time cops kill a black man they LIE about the circumstances.
