This should be clearly marked as an opinion piece.

Graham, just one can you make the same comment about Paula Lavigne and ESPN? Her piece on Mumphery was completely one sided, and her January OTL story omitted a ton of facts that presented the other side. If you’re going to be critical, don’t be hypocritical.
-
Her pieces are meant to be investigative. The tone of the original piece she did missed the mark on objectivity.
-
No Graham,
@pinepaula 's stories are NOT meant to be "investigative". She comes in w/preconceived bias against young black athletes time after time after time. She pulled the same crap with Baylor. Pls do not pretend Lavigne is any type of "investigative journalist. She's not.

The woman should be charged when it is found she lied. I'm disgusted by lying vindictive women having the power to ruin a man's life.

I know someone will say, “believe all women.” Yes believe and prove and process. Belief is the willingness to understand. Proof is in the investigation and the prosecution of the crime.

He absolutely knew. He was notified. He did not check his email. He is not the victim. Not at all. He sued MSU which was a poor, poor move given the current suit against MSU by the victim.
-
How do you know that? Is your Tweet factual. Please explain. Also, why is it ok for the victim to sue and not him? Please explain.
-
He can sue all he wants. His decision. It’s a dumb move. His email inbox was full. He was notified. That is a fact. He’s going to sue MSU who will defend itself against him in the midst of a current lawsuit. His attorney will be able to say he represented an NFL player.
-
Well, under normal circumstances, sending an email doesn't constitute "notified." Should they have sent a read receipt? He said he didn't receive the mail notification. 1/
-
Should they have sent it certified mail to confirm he had bene notified. If this was a victim stating this, wouldn't you be asking these types of questions?
-
Equitable treatment. Equitable treatment. Equitable treatment. Did he not receive assignments from his professors? Work from coaches? Tutors? MSU notified.
-
1/ notified; Webster transitive verb 1 obsolete : to point out 2 : to give notice of or report the occurrence of He notified his intention to sue. She notified my arrival to the governor. 3 : to give formal notice to notify a family of the death of a relation Gotta receive it
-
"Did he not receive assignments from his professors? Work from coaches? Tutors?" Do you're saying that a Title IX notification should be handled the same way as assignments, work, tutors? Comon.

This is outrageous! I hope he wins his lawsuit.

He needs to check his email. He was notified repeatedly by MSU.
