        pharmaceutical cos. have huge lobby groups twisting the arm of the FDA, they wouldn't be able to get away with these claims if the FDA could hold them accountable. More reasons to reject candidates that accept big money.

        A manufacturer of a drug cannot be held accountable for people misusing it and not taking responsibility. The drug maker didn't make you pop the 40 pills. Meanwhile, patients with empirically proven severe pain like RSD/CRPS/Trisonomy struggle to get believed due to addicts.
