        California Democratic lawmakers have a better idea of the needs of the agricultural community than presented in the article. Seasonal visas (regulated on the federal level) have been scaled back resulting in crops dying in the fields, impacting food supplies and bottom lines.

        Well, when the state with holds water from the people and then blames it on farmers who feed the people, you kind of get to the point where heads on pikes is an acceptable answer. Except this is California, so the people go without water and hate the people who feed them.
