The Supreme Court won't hear a challenge to an abortion law that could force 2 of Arkansas's 3 abortion clinics to closehttps://nyti.ms/2L6q2h9

read the article, it doesn't force any clinics to close - it requires providers of the procedure to have contracts with doctors who have admitting privileges at a hospital in the state. If they don't want safety, for the women, after the fact, they should close.

You are misunderstanding the issue (and what is truly at stake). It has nothing to do with "safety." Go to Netflix and watch the documentary @Trapped. It details how this is part of a nationwide state-by-state agenda to make abortion inaccessible & circumvent women's legal rights

To really "see" this spelled out and fully understand the issue behing the issue, you should watch the documentary film @TrappedDoc on Netflix. It was of urgent importance in 2016 and is newly relevent now w/ this new Supreme Court decision.

now everyone in Arkansas can be a Duggar family, with no PP and medicinal abortion. But don't expect any help for feeding or keeping healthy

If a man kills a pregnant woman and the fetus dies is it a double homicide?

Sometimes, it depends on the state the murder (or murders) occur in and the gestational age of the fetus can also be a factor.

I guess it would depend on that states abortion laws too such as in a state where it's legal up to 20 weeks a murder wouldn't be considered a double homicide there so long as the fetus was under 20 weeks
