I am hard on myself because it pushes me to achieve more. It gives me better self awareness and able to understand and try to motivate others. Judging myself more critically helps me to avoid making future mistakes and keeps my perspective open to more possibilities.

My motto lately is “it’s a process” Millennials especially are trying too hard to combat deprecating headlines, as well a societal pressures that we put on one another This goes for all age groups, too Great read!

If I don’t like what I see, I just change mirrors. If I know there is fundamentally nothing to seek, how can I be overly hard on myself?

Well, as a nation we're not being hard enough on ourselves. So, when that gets fixed we can concentrate on easing our self-criticism.
