After reading this I had the bizarre thought that "I hope there's still time for me to get in..." Yeah. Had to stop for a second.

“Nearly full” is in itself a sad statement about America’s 200 year history of War. Instead of making it more exclusive, perhaps we might try to just stop making wars.

Soldiers aren’t the only ones who are buried there, which I’m sure you read in the article.

And of course the US “made wars” when they fought in WWI & II. Might want to check some stats on American deaths in wars before acting as though America is a war mongering nation who’s lost millions of soldiers in the past 30 years.

Me too... a BA and a MA... so I’m hoping you couldn’t have possibly been serious when you made your original comment. There’s a difference between facts and proganda. Let’s not confuse the two, especially on Memorial Day.

Considering your profile...then you would know a lot about American Imperialism and the whitewashing of American History.

What about my profile makes you think that? And what about the number of Americans lost in WWI & II has to do with my profile?

There’s 24 hours in the day. He’ll be at Arlington later laying a wreath at the tomb of the unknown. It’ll be ok. If this is so outrageous to you why aren’t you spending your whole day off your phone and by a graveside in mourning anyway?

Why not have an Arlington National Cemetery II and III, if necessary? All who serve are worthy of this honor.

While I’ve been to Arlington I did not know the history of the cemetery. Interesting read.

Medal Of Honor, DSC-Army/Navy/Airforce, Silver Star, and Purple Heart Recipients are the only Military Personnel that can be buried at Arlington. So now they’re going to Restrict the burial requirements even more. What Soldiers are we going to Exclude this time? #VietnamVeteran

🛑 DIVIDING VETERANS 1) Veterans stand together....as Brothers & Sisters. No one better then another 2) When ANC is filled, with ANY VETERAN who choose to be buried there...then it’s filled 3) WITH ALL DUE RESPECT: Civilians should have NO SAY IN THE MATTER

The reason I point out that civilians should have no say.....they have a survey asking EVERYONE (Veterans & Civilians) to RATE/LABEL Veterans as “HIGH PRIORITY” or “LOW PRIORITY” It’s both disrespectful & disturbing
