On Friday, Manhattan's district attorney, Cyrus Vance, brought charges of rape and criminal sexual acts against Harvey Weinstein. In 2015, he thought there was a lack of sufficient evidence to do so.https://nyti.ms/2GVfIGe

My guess is the evidence was there, but buried under the bodies of the innocent people abused by him. I also believe he was protected by those in power in Hollywood.

I have no doubt that he did exactly as you stated, but there were many people who knew what was going on, yet chose to keep silent. In my opinion cowards. There comes a time in life when you must speak up, even when it costs you.

Vance is soft prosecuting NYC celebrities. For years Howard Stern & producer @robertAbooey have "strong armed" reluctant male SiriusXm employees to engage in on air "gay bits" so that Stern can then bully them ("admit it, you're gay"). There's a real story here. @SiriusXMNews

And i reiterate my point. How can "you not think your voice is important" when you are raped or sexually assaulted except when 20 other women say the same thing(how many years later?!)? Why, because you were seduced by the same power then as you are now

Furthermore, the loss of the case against Dominique whatever his name is (who is a disgusting that thinks rape of a maid or prostitute is called 'rough sex') is not going to be made up for by chasing Harvey Weinstein

What is really going to define VanceJr.’s legacy is how he permitted the NYC DOE employ a child molester after his office was presented with actionable evidence of abuse of power(play for pay, jacked up skirts) which escalated to child rape/other teachers also

In 2015, Weinstein was a big wig in Democrat party machine, a major source of campaign funds. When accusations hit critical mass, he no longer could be a reliable king maker and association with him was clearly in conflict with #metoo movement, it's now safe to prosecute.

I am a little surprised that lawyers have yet to find the women that didn't sleep with Weinstein and lost the part they tried out for to the women that did sleep with him. Thinking they would have a case against them all.
