Most examples in life "changing the system from the inside" is a cop out for people too scared of risk. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE TIMES. Go, do well, if you want to fix the problem, go into education & administration. Abstaining sends a message to NO1 Like not voting in rebellion!

No. You have an chance to do what you can with the opportunities you've been given. Ethically, nothing should be wasted.

Hehe try to see if you can extend that line of reasoning to the US gov: ummm taxes are part of a system to support programs that I find unethical (pick your poison, it’s not hard). Thus I am ethically obligated not to enter the system (ie pay taxes, drive on roads). Absurd

My intuition is that this is the wrong question to ask. We need a different starting point.

No...the schools should not be allowed to discriminate. We need to change the way we educate our children. Open the doors to everyone and allow them to get a good education. We the people will benefit.

Education should be provided for every race, every class. It should be as it is in Canada...free to American citizens. It is the foundation our country is built on. It is our future. Should some be allowed to go to schools that show favoritism?

It depends on the context in which one is awarded benefits. It has been proven that not all people gain the same favor for the same work.

My dad was being considered for a job in Philadelphia. We lived in NYC. The Board of the Org. wanted him. He said he had a son going to college, to consider. A member of the Board was Vice President of one of the Universities. My dad called, told me to hop on a train....

...the next day. I went and spoke to the Vice President. He showed me around he campus, then escorted me to be admitted, that day. As a young black man, with a dad with some “juice,” I didn’t question it for a second.
