In looking at this list the number of white men in these highest paying, unequal income disparity (CEO salaries/employee salaries) should be alarming to everyone.

Income inequality extraordinaire!!!! How do we explain the 2018 tax bill to teachers working extra jobs just to survive! This doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that this current trajectory is harming our country’s legacy to the future generations!

Every time I see CEO earnings it reminds me of that time in 2008 when big banks awarded their top executives nearly $1.6 billion in salaries & bonuses after taxpayers everywhere lost their homes and pensions etc and still had to bail them out.

Not that we should paint them all with the same brush. But still the mind boggles

Nobody needs to be paid that much money and we see the great divide where workers get less and executives get more. Unionize people and do not be afraid to strike until you get what you need to live in the USA. Fight for your rights as executives will not fight for you.

It’s untenable that people are paid millions when the daily work is done by people trying to get by. It’s hard to imagine a CEO doing enough to justify the disparity. Wage inequality is in large part what is causing our democracy to fracture. Education is the other.
