        No in China they have the one baby rule. So they get one of the twins. But to get both of them it will be a hefty fine. I dont know what they do with the other one. We are lucky to not live there

        The one-baby rule was relaxed in 2013.

        Two issues in here actually happens anywhere. First is the old same story of ripping off foreign people. Second is hospital is also a business. They provide health care to make profit, not the other way around.

        It is crazy to see how our economy truly does revolve around money. The moment a mother gets to hold her baby for the first time is considered one of the greatest gifts. Demanding that she must pay her bills before she can see her newborn twins is extremely unethical.
