        Hard to avoid, especially with Google etc, no matter what I search for on that, it always comes up with ad for it on Facebook or somewhere. You don't need a gadget for that.

        Yes the Alexa records conversations. I read our conversation on the alexa phone app. Then i unplugged the Alexa and havent used it since.

        Ladies could use this as an excuse to test men for angry jealousy. They could, for example, send a sound file of themselves breathing heavily with another guys name called repeatedly and loudly, occasionally complaining about width "downstairs." Imagine the fun girls can have! 😀

        The "Alexis" interpreted some audio input to initiate a phone call to someone and the person receiving that call never said anything when they answered. They just listened in to the conversation in silence. The same way your cell phone would call someone from your pocket.
