Instead of spending the past 3 years on Mueller and impeachment suppose Trump opponents had spent the time on an infrastructure bill or early childhood education? More good would have been done.

I think about this a lot. Imagine what the world would be like without elite denial and the attempt to delegitimize Trump's presidency. If we argued about policy again? But I think meditating upon this in the midst of realignment reveals why both sides don't want to engage in it.
