โžž All product managers need help. โžž Good product managers work hard and long to find answers. โžž Great product managers ask others for help. To accelerate your growth as a product manager, ask for help. As many times as you need it.

#Product #productmanagement team product Twitter - folks have any good links for managing risk and assumptions with their teams. Seeing a lot of dysfunction internally and while I have solutions Iโ€™m interested to hear from folks what has been successful for them

For those of you working in transformation space - keep plugging away ! even when things donโ€™t seem like they are moving , blockers seemingly insurmountable , keep bringing the energy. Orgs need change agents like you. Product thinking doesnโ€™t come easy but it can be done.

One pagers are great way to drive decisions. Hereโ€™s an effective one pager format: 1. Objective of document 2. Background of Problem Statement 3. Recommendation / Way Forward 4. Reasoning behind recommendation 5. Next Steps Stick to 2 to 4 lines per section.

To get things done you have to 1) influence the right people 2) accept that timeframes and sequencing need to be negotiated 3) be willing to do the heavy lifting for the things that are important to you.
