Dude, the photo on the right is *not* a dad bod and I can say my friends and I have all talked about how much hotter Efron looks now that he's beefier. He looks like a "man" now that he's grown up. I had never once thought he was hot before his new show.

“Dad bod” apparently means “extremely in shape but not depriving himself of food and water for 18 hours to get the shot”

No chance he went without food and water for 18 hrs before that pic. Without glycogen and water, his muscles would be super flat. It's much more likely that he carb loaded and drank at least a gallon of water.
