Poor little wannabe victim. 🐖 Your hat publicly declares your support for a proven racist and admitted serial sexual assaulter. 🐖 Wearing it to the 9/11 memorial is disgusting. 🐖 A man takes his hat off inside. So if you just acted like a man, nothing would’ve happened.

This is so wrong on so many levels. The Bar Owner can refuse service for his political beliefs but the Cake Baker cannot refuse for his religious beliefs. This United States cannot pick & choose the legalities. These judges are way out of control & we need to right these wrongs.

Last i checked this is racist. But then again if its coming from Democrats its allowed. The judge should resign.

It is worse than racist (it's really not a race issue but if the label works for the Left, what the hell) It is stupidly assinine and, you are correct. The idiot ideologue who is masquerading as a judge, should either resign or be impeached!

I was a bartender. A bartender has the right to refuse service to anyone for whatever reason they see fit. I'm sure the bartender and staff, for the safety of others, asked him to leave. It's not about partisanship it's about what that hat represent.

That hat represents freedom of speech. When someone comes in my shop and I don't like the shirt they are wearing.... so I tell them to leave, is that not a problem? Don't be a pathetic! Judge should be removed!

I understand we have different opinions. But doesn't this go against everything the left stands for? Should business owners ban anyone wearing a rainbow flag shirt, BLM shirts, American flag, another country's flag, I love mom shirt merely because the business owner is offended?

But they were able to sue a bakery for not baking a cake for a gay couple? If that same bar wouldn't serve a Muslim I wonder what would happen! @JudicialWatch @JudgeJeanine @CivilRights

I miss something: A bar can refuse to serve and can bounce customers because are Trump supporters. A baker can't refuse to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple. Hypocrisy, Double Standard or Anti-Trump Judge ?

That’s right the law of the left is depriving the rights of all but them. May justice prevail again someday if only we never have another democrat government

No deprivation of rights. Your politics aren't a protected class and a private business has every right to kick someone out of their space if they are saying offensive things. The GOVERNMENT can't censor your speech, but the rest of us don't have to listen to your bullshit

Since when "to wear" a cap is "to speak" as you said "if they are saying offensive things."  The verbs "wear" and "speak" are different, you need to go back to school (there is no intellectual capacity.)

"Speech" is generally accepted to include printed word for things like clothing. Else why would kids be sent home from school for wearing t-shirts with expletives on them? It's so much fun when people intentionally misunderstand so they can feel superior.. isn't it? #SAD
