For those districts that have been awarded funding from the School Safety Program grant, please make your new school counseling position attractive to potential candidates. Offer them 301/pay for performance increases, give them ASCA model training and proper PD. @Arizona_ASA

Thanks Janine for all of your work and getting the word out about our dismal situation. Any predictive info on where those numbers might land when the incoming slate of additional counselors is hired? 
I think it takes @ASCAtweets 2 years to compile the data? My assumption since this is 17-18 data. Looking forward to those numbers going down. Our kids deserve it.
