Pet peeves: WaPo doesn’t name the top NOAA official who sent the email or explain why they can’t; they just shift gears into the passive voice. They also don’t provide a link to a copy of the email they said they obtained.

Here’s NOAA’s leadership page. Someone with the title of “Senior Policy Advisor” is at the top. Barry Myers—the Accuweather CEO who has been nominated to be director but it seems has never gotten a vote on the Senate floor—isn’t on it. https://www.noaa.gov/topic-tags/noaa-leadership …
