Empty promises move for accountability. Stop signing contracts with unions that doesn't require accountability. All the cops that want to retire due to changes LET THEM GO it's a million unemployed and on the list that will do the job w/respect and w/o brutality or murder.

Focusing on funding and manpower levels is not the right focus. Keeping 50% of the cops, but continuing to let them get away with brutality will make things worse.
