Have you considered other contributing factors to this statistic? Like the fact that these age groups are the majority of our work force? Are we shaming people for going to work and getting sick now?

As a 38 year old who graduated high school in the year 2000, I think I am officially the first of the millennials, but I’ve occasionally seen people who are 39 called millennials. But 30-39 in the year of our lord 2020 - not gen x.
