        18 dogs to die tomm. Healthy, innocents dumped by owners. How the freak do u not fire director tonight n appoint no kill experienced one! What a heartless city council. What an embarrassment to r great city u are. Dogs don't vote or donate so who cares, right? SHAME!!!
