Is it true that its only on income over $10 million adjusted gross income? If so, that's not a horrible idea and would be similar to tax code 70 years ago i.e. when the country was in much better shape. Would be pro lowering AGI $ too for non citizens using capitalism to rape us.

it is not a radical solution. we've had marginal tax rates for the ultra-rich much higher than this and the economy hummed right along growing like wildfire. there is plenty of money for everyone in this country to be healthy, happy and secure but the rich are getting it all now.
