    Does it not have to less to do with existence of irregularity than the question of how it is handled...just as every society has crime but not similar levels of crime prevention and law enforcement.

    You are very right.... Courts are the only platforms where real proof can be submitted... Observers can't authoritatively give a proper assessment... They are, in most cases, biased or rather Diplomatic..

    Random Fact: Malawi is a good example of bad observer mission reports after elections. Reports are wrote from hotels; zero on ground view and assessments. Malawi South is worse. Lets me respect courts as am not a lawyer. Rufaro kwamuri 💔🤣

    Election observer missions are a total fraud in African elections l think they come with their own interests at heart and they are unprofessional and not dedicated.Thabo Mbeki is a rare specie though he is a nuisance.

    Zimbabwe’s Elections in 2018 were perhaps more Shambolic than ! It will be total madness for anyone to talk about Elections Zimbabwe in 2023 with the same , Judiciary and all the other Captured Institutions! There are no Elections in Zimbabwe in 2023!!!
