lol that's a better response than the one i got, i limited mine to info specifically about the creation of the bulletin and was told "no such records exist"
oh they did that too at first and only gave a proper response after being like "Such information doesn't magically appear and culminate into a public Flash Alert"

yeah lol you have to appeal EVERY denial the FBI makes because they often only start searching once you do

keys to success with the FBI: - know as much, if not more about the law than your average records clerk - tell them to look everywhere you think those records could be, and don't be afraid to list them off - get processing notes/ACFs - appeal even if you think it's silly to do so
