it times out btw, but other than the twitch website it doesn't crash the browser

It should be pretty easy to cross-compile a native version of dosbox and/or qemu, for that all-important win95 performance. You can sideload your own apps via developer mode, although you need a root LPE if you want them to persist across reboots.
