sec3x: Why not contractors? Anyone can be a contractor. You just sign a paper that says you do what they want you to do.
Besides, thats my old work, my new work is my own business, don't even deal with gov anymore really. Unless they wanna buy something from me lol
Actually, would probably be good social engineering project for you. Register with one of the contract vehicles and have access to what gov is buying for technology.
