It's not as censored as we might think. My Ex is from China. And she showed my a Chinese website - they still have access to South Park, Winnie the Pooh (they even sell merch in China still) and porn.

It’s only for online games and a lot of games online in China have prepaid cards to access your online account, I’m guessing they will force the game companies to cap customers under a certain age by setting a limit on the max time cards they can buy per week
