Dear good people, this information is not true. Please note that the bio digester project has not yet been commissioned. We are doing final touches on the digestors at the new Waste Water Treatment plant in preparation for sludge treatment in June, 2021 and later produce methane.
Quote
NWSC’s bio-digester project has failed to produce electricity because the human waste generated by Kampala residents doesn’t have the right ingredients to produce methane. bit.ly/3v00uJR | #VisionUpdates
