I’m trying to eat vegan for heart disease but was told collagen powder is good to add to beverages. Lots of amino acids but collagen peptides are bovine. Is that as bad as eating meat? Healthy or unhealthy? Thanks!

Ots hard for me follow you advice. I see u with low muscle, bad teeth, no hair. There is no way I fallow what u say. I shut off every vegetable in my diet and im 💪 than ever (body & mind)
