Eating is not the problem. Its what u eat n when u eat http://it.Eat fish r seafood everyday n some form of green. No sweets,soft drinks, dairy products no bread very little starches n walk 3 times a week n in 3 week the weight will be gone 20lbs

I do not deprive myself ... I take my favorite foods make them healthier... buy small plates and eat lesser amounts of the food you love and stop eating after 6/7 pm watch how quickly the weight goes away
