Most of these are about demonstrating seniority to others, rather than actually being a "senior" engineer. That's not a knock on those skills, but a reminder that one can have *all* of these skills and still not be able to design or write software. (I was going to say "most"!)

what can i expect from you?

Tbh, I'm struggling with self management and writing documents. Although I'm very good at some of of the other I find these deficiencies are limiting my impact. I'm actively working on it though.

I'm MEng (doesn't matter in which area), and I found this statement is offensive to any kind of Engineers (junior or senior - in any industry). There's a difference between an Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager and a Project Manager.
