The button on phone headphones can start calls by voice, answer/close calls, change volume, skip tracks etc if you learn how to use it?

Used 2 drive all day, learn't 2 use phone via headphones & voice, no eyes off road, no hands off wheel. Divided attention not good though :(

Commuters on buses see car drivers on their phones everyday. Perhaps they could be encouraged to send the police a photo?
