There's only one thing I really mind about condominium living, and that's mysterious and unpleasant cooking smells wafting through the inadequately sealed interior doors from my neighbor.

As an owner and member of the condo corporation, how hard would it be the get a better seal on the door? If they're old enough it's likely that something much better exists now.

The interior doors belong to the unit owners. The problem is that it's an unusual size so I'd have to get it custom made and it's not square so I'd have to get a contractor to reframe it.

Sounds pretty annoying, but maybe worth it? At minimum it does feel like something you could get done by throwing money at a contractor?
And hey, that's pretty good as problems go.

Add that to the end of the queue of a dozen other things I could pay someone to do if I could muster the energy to find someone and write the scope in sufficient detail and clarity and get the plan of work approved by the trustees.
