Useful and under-appreciated fact: A few hundred is not actually a very large number, and you can just manually look at every item in turn until you find the right one if it's under a few seconds per item.

This was in large part the founding principle of the VaccinateCA project (). How many healthcare providers can there be in California? A few thousand? Turns out that a group can just... make a few thousand phone calls and find out which ones have COVID vaccines.
