I'm increasingly convinced that cars just don't really belong in cities, period. Sure, delivery/moving trucks, buses, and maybe the occasional car for someone who really needs it, but the speed limit should be like 10 mph and most cars should be left outside the city entirely.
Stick a big parking garage on the periphery like Zermatt
