The wacky thing is that development will be denser than everything surrounding it. Chino Preserve is much denser than old Chino, for instance.

After growing up mostly in outer (and therefore newer) Toronto suburbs, hanging out in the inner ring suburbs was *wild*. Tiny little houses, often minimally updated since the 50s, at eye-popping prices. Probably the first time that I noticed how weird (N. American) housing is.
