I'm so used to describing myself as able-bodied that it's really easy to forget that "people with accessibility needs" is a group that does in fact include me some of the time.

Ah…that The list of things I’d been dismissing with “But I can’t ask for accommodations because I’m not *really* disabled” grew satirically long before I started asking for help

Yeah. I think it's different for me, in that 99% of days my only required accommodation is "Please do not make me stand for more than half an hour or so. Walking is fine", and I'm mostly fine asking for that. The problem is more that I forget that the 1% days exist.
