If long covid papers could go ahead and stop combining "diminished sense of smell" with "stroke-like IQ reduction" into a single bucket in their reporting, that would be great.

Or even "I felt abnormally anxious in the midst of a global pandemic" from "diminished sense of smell" or "vastly reduced aerobic capacity". It's not that I don't think anxiety is any less real or serious. It's just... hard to measure and has many potential causes.
