I'm pro-NPI, but specifically pro-minimally-annoying-NPI like air filters. I'm not sure what the endgame is for closing businesses or strict distancing.

Air filters are really good appliances! I have one to help with dust and it's cheap and quiet. They're basically zero effort once they're set up, unlike masks or shutting down businesses. Lots of people out west already have them for smoke season.

Makes sense, I don't think most people think of them as NPIs either, for the same reason. I'm on something of a crusade since they seem really good (as good as everyone wearing masks?) and might, like, kill of influenza and some rhinoviruses too if we deployed them everywhere.
