@nriley Services work for selected text (within an action's name or its notes), but not selected actions.

@mjtsai whereas actually I dislike the OF1 behavior where the action text is sent to the service if you've got no selected text in the note.

@nriley That does sound a bit odd. I typically have the whole action selected, i.e. it's not in edit mode.
