They can vote, marry, & serve in the military. They are adults. Many hunt. Self protection is a RIGHT.

I'm not trying to be an ass here but Rifles and shotguns were only used in 5% of murders between 2010 and 2015, so shotgun and rifle murders are relatively low while Handguns, which can easily be concealed make up 95% of firearm murders. 80% of those murders Gang related.pic.twitter.com/DfpgaCit8V
