JUST IN: President Trump’s campaign says it is filing paperwork to formally ask Wisconsin election authorities to conduct a partial recount of the Nov. 3 election results. President-elect Biden won the state by a little more than 20,000 votes.
The campaign is asking for recounts in two counties, Milwaukee and Dane. In a statement, the Trump campaign made baseless allegations of voter fraud in the two counties, claims that have been refuted by the state's nonpartisan top election official.
