It’s good that this many people showed up to vote, but I find it embarrassing that over 30% of Americans didn’t vote in the most consequential election ever. We need to get those people engaged, and if this election didn’t do it, what will?

I'm not a super rabid opponent of the EC, but I'm in NY, and know plenty of people who didn't vote because they know it really DOESN'T affect any outcomes here.

That's sad. It took 120 years for people to give a shit enough to to use their constitutional rights, the whole reason everyone wants to be in America, "the free" my ass! Our soldiers die for us to have this right and we piss on it by being to lazy to fill out a piece of paper.
