Will those employers also be increasing paid maternity leave as a trade off?

NO. and what about tubal ligations and vasectomies? Will those be covered? Will pregnancy be considered pre existing condition and maternity benefits denied? BOTOM LINE: little woman, pregnant, barefoot and in the kitchen. Men swilling Viagra which will be covered.
