The officer showed compassion while in battle. While it's obvious from our perspective, they had no confirmation Arturo was hit or incapacitated. Plus alexis survived and is set for life, depending on her medical bills. As horrible as this is, it could have ended worse.

in the military they teach you not to shoot at a target you cant see. he ran by a closed door and shot threw it not knowing who who what was on the other side. he should be fired. im sure he was scared, but thats not a good excuse.
