This is an insult to Veterans everywhere that have fought and many have died for our country and freedoms! Here we go again with traitor Hillary who helped kill many of our men in Benghazi. The woman should hang and what a horror to encourage kids to disrespect our flag.

American Freedom will prevail! Vets need to loudly protect the new generation of true American patriots, and defend the future of our Constitutional rights! Hooah! This girl in my eyes is much more brave than the majority of politicians in office now! Sad
#VetsResistSquadron -
Absolutely much more intelligent also
-
Yes. Very much so! It's inspiring, and sad at the same time. A time in life where the youth are the voice of reason and the example instead of adults in powerful positions!
-
I tweet about that often Also the continued message all kids are getting from this admin that most of them unless they are from upper white income bracket they don't matter and even they are not safe in school
-
More people especially the youth are becoming more aware of the systematic ignorance used to control for so long. It will be good for the country.
-
You're such a bad guy. You think telling a kid that the system is flawed against them and they don't have a chance is good even if it's not true? You should be telling them that if they work hard they can do whatever they want to. You're pathetic!
-
George, seems you don't understand my comments. I am praising her willingness to express herself and encouraging her bravery for what she believes in. If that's pathetic sir then I'll keep my stance!

Parents. I don’t care about your political views, but stop coaching your kids to be political pawns. Let them be kids. Let them be innocent, free from the dark burden of politics, one side or the other.
-
While parents should definitely not be coaching their kids to be political pawns, you’d be surprised what kids do on their own politically. I’m an elementary teacher and have seen it often.
-
That is force fed, no elementary school kid cares about any of that stuff, nor should they. They are children. Pure and innocent.
-
I’m fairness the student was obviously supported by her parents/guardians or another adult to prepare her statement at the board meeting, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she kneeled on her own without talking to her parents first.
-
I would be shocked if she didn’t do exactly what was expected of her.
-
That’s also a possibility. I’m just saying it’s not unheard of that a kid her age does this on her own. Been teaching for over 15 years and I’ve seen both sides.
-
I don’t think that credits your knowledge of their home life anymore than it does mine.
-
Fair point. But it does mean that I’ve seen a shift is how they take in & perceive information. Childhood isn’t the same for them as it was for us. Again, not saying you’re wrong here, just saying that kids today are more likely to act politically on their own than before.
