Original cd's is the best gift for yourself if buying it ( online.. Updates, saves games, share games, trophies......) but i think that good gift to poor people they c'ant buying games

A PS4:$200 (even less if used) 4 launch games:$240 + PS Plus Membership $300 The console is actually the least expensive thing when being a console gamer,your logic would be more accurate when talking about high end phones (device) and games that cost $1 (software)

and average salaries,the average salary in my country is $350/month,that's right buying a PS4 plus some games is worth a month of work here I can understand people earning $20/hour being against piracy,but in some places everyone pirates because it's the only way to play games

That's a good point. I don't understand your math about launch titles though: if I were making $350 a month I would not consider getting the latest AAA title as an option. I bought Horizon Zero dawn for $10, 2 weeks ago. People have to be patient and wait for sales.

tell him to not release it, just to give the method to someone that can dump new games and give the pkg to some uploaders. If the method gets public it will be patch fast.
